Hollister Charter School will hold an enrollment lottery on March 21, 2025 to determine placement on our draw list for all grade levels for the 2025-26 school year.
In Idaho, charter school lottery enrollment is governed by Idaho Code Statute 33-5206, which mandates an open enrollment policy and a lottery or random selection process if applications exceed capacity, with specific preferences for certain groups before the lottery.

Once an applicant is sent an offer, they have 48 hours to respond and accept. Please check your email carefully during this time, as all communication will be sent via email.
The State of Idaho requires that your student be 5 years old by September 1, 2025, in order to attend Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year (Idaho Code Statute 33-201). Proof of birth date is required before enrollment.
We invite you to carefully complete an application for EACH STUDENT you wish to enter into our enrollment lottery. If applying for multiple children, please provide sibling details, as this may affect sibling preference.
